Yoga
Means “union”, which means “union with nature” or “union with God”. Yoga is one of six courses in Hindu philosophy, which focuses on meditation or tapas activity in which one focus all their thoughts to control our five senses and the body as a whole. Global community is generally familiar with Yoga as the main training activity asanas (postures) of the Hatta Yoga.
