Excess Five Triggers Destructive Eating Diet

This intention is often not implemented due to excessive eating that occurs without conscious. What exactly triggers excessive eating? Most people eat for reasons of excess different. There is triggered by stress, feeling upset and frustrated, tired from work or just piled up because of recurrent hunger. How can I fix? Begin to recognize your triggers and resolve the root of the problem. To help you, here are a few triggers and how to cope.
1. Bored. Usually, you will eat when feeling bored or when not doing any activity. This further exacerbated by the TV which is usually a loyal friend when you feel alone. With a barrage of food advertisements into the brain, it becomes increasingly difficult not to go to the refrigerator and took food. If the ad becomes a trigger, it is better to leave the TV during commercial breaks.
The fix: If you’re used to and can not refrain from taking food from the refrigerator, fill your refrigerator with healthy foods like vegetables and fruits that have been cut.
2. Desiderata. You feel short of food that you like that makes you even more addictive. Ads in media with strong female figures illustrate the ideal slim often makes you apply a strict diet and avoid almost all the food groups. 3. Hatred towards your body. Consider your goals, do-do you only focus on certain parts of the body that you dislike. Body due to the inability to accept ads typically triggers excessive eating.
How to cope: Consult with experts diet or psychologist who can help you overcome the hatred of your own body. Adhere to all suggestions from them. Next identify yourself and any real talent, and then try to enjoy everything what you have.
4. Custom. Excessive eating may have become a habit without you knowing it. Many women find that they tend to eat excessive in places and certain times, such as at night when alone and just watch TV.
The fix: Turn off the TV and do activities that make your mind and keep your hands busy. Another solution to overcome overeating due to stress is to solve the root problem of stress itself. Acknowledge and remove any feelings of depression, anger and anxiety. Do whatever you can reduce stress, such as writing in a diary, told by a friend, or sports.
5. Lack of energy and fatigue. Maybe you are too busy so drained of energy and make you so tired. According to professor in psychology from California State University Robert E. Thayer, Ph.D., you’ll tend to look for food when you feel lack of energy. Unfortunately, most women usually choose various foods rich in calories than a banana or apple.
The fix: Get to know the times when you feel lack of energy in a day and replace it with a meal time. You must have more control if it is done consciously. Take the time 10 minutes to walk around or talk with friends. There are many ways to relieve fatigue, such as rest and reproduce relaxation, reading a book, or a leisurely stroll.
