Involving family members, community and health personnel. Should a pregnant woman who suffered drug addiction still be helped and assisted in order to improve the health status itself, revive confidence and helping women to receive pregnancy drug addicts with consciousness as a potential mother.

The first thing done on a pregnant drug addict is to accept their situation and guide you in either an integrated counseling psychologists and medical obstetrics. Health surveillance of pregnancy is regularly monitored by the family, including meeting the needs nutritious food and adequate rest and sleep mental and spiritual mentoring. The process of escape from drug addiction is certainly not easy. Very high risk of bodily injury. Need assistance in particular and vigilance on the condition in which pregnant women drug addicts experiencing withdrawal symptoms during drug withdrawal or drug addiction.

Given the adverse effects of drugs on pregnant women and fetuses are so great then for teenagers, especially teenage girls should be able to maintain themselves as a precaution in order not to fall in the association that involves the use of illicit drugs, alcoholic beverages and smoking. Take care of reproductive health and avoid drugs. Mingling with the drug will only turn off future, ideals, our lives and lose those – those we love.

Sports for Overcoming Insomnia
Taken from aolhealth.com. So far, people consume regular milk warm or counting sheep before bed to help overcome the difficult problem of sleep. But Besides that, there are other ways to do that is by exercising.
Exercising regularly during the day, can avoid being awake at night. According to the National Sleep Foundation.
Although, not yet known why it happens, Dr. David Davila, who practice in Little Rock, Ark said that usually are people who are active during the day, it’s easier to sleep according to their needs.
If it happens once in a while, lack of sleep will not be too disturbing. But lack of sleep that occurs every night can cause effects that interfere in the afternoon. People who lose sleep easier time involved in a vehicle accident & have a poor performance in his job.
About 25% of the populations suffer from insomnia or restless sleep & as much as 40% of older people also experience sleep disturbances. But solving these problems can be facilitated with the sport.
The study, led by by Dr. Phyllis Zee, from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. It examined 23 adults. Most of them are women aged 55 years and older who have difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep. Over 16 weeks, most of the participants participated in aerobic activity, either through a treadmill or stationary bicycle. While others, cooking courses included in the activities & trips to the museum.
The results in the group that followed the physical exercise showed a significant improvement to the quality of their sleep, as well as a better mood, fewer symptoms of depression & increase vitality better.
The study was funded by the U.S. the National Institute on Aging.

The best exercise to shrink the stomach and thighs are the Stepping. Raise both legs in full (do not tiptoe) up the stairs a 20-30cm height then lower your legs as far as 20-30cm (do not tiptoe) from the edge of the stairs. Do as much as 50x or 5 minutes then rest and do it again.

Additional exercises are crunches and stretch your body before and after exercise. Sit ups for toning the stomach, not shrink. So wrote the stomach could still big but tight if held. Here’s how to shrink belly fat:

1. Drinking water

If abdominal fullness caused by water storage, you can actually reduce the problem by drinking more water. This will dilute the concentration of sodium in the body thereby increasing the amount of water coming out of the system. Drinking more water also ensures the effective functioning gall to remove waste products. Do not change water consumption during a diet since many materials are difficult to digest and can cause stomach bubble.

2. Eat slowly

Avoid fast food, because when you swallow too quickly, at least restrained air in the intestine and form a gas that can lead to abdominal distention. Always sit down when eating and chew food slowly. Food is not chewed into small pieces can not be digested properly which then produces many gases that cause inflation.

3. Reduce salt intake

Too much salt in your diet add extra sodium to the mechanism that slows the body fluids so that push water out of cells. As a result the stomach feels full and bloated.

4. Consumption of fiber right

Fiber is an important element in the diet, but to compensate for the water retention that causes bubbles, eats fiber in fruits such as apples and pears that have a lot of water content.

5. Supervise treatment

Expanding belly is the side effects of drug consumption. Aspirin sometimes causes problems that lead to constipation and abdominal distension, including the contraceptive pill.

6. Avoid constipation

Constipation is defined as having fewer than three bowel movements in a week or if the tension involved. As a result of stomach feels great to add. To stimulate the bowels, increase consumption of fiber from fruits and vegetables, do it gradually to avoid fermentation and excessive gas production.

7. Sport

Exercise will help move the fluid in the abdomen that can cause major stomach by pushing it out of the network and enter the blood stream where it will be removed as sweat or brought into the bile to be removed as urine. Suggested among other sports aerobics.

Shrink the stomach, arms, thighs and calves

Our heart is one exceptional organ. Any time of pulse to pump blood to flow throughout the body without stopping at all since the baby in the womb until we die.

Under normal circumstances, the heart is able to meet the needs of the body’s metabolism to run properly. However, in cases where metabolism increases such as when we’re working hard, working out a sweat, in hyperthyroid disease (goiter), activity that exceeds the habit, then the heart will do the compensation by increasing heart rate. Furthermore, if the body’s metabolism returns to normal, then the heart will be back to normal.

However, the compensation that occurs continuously can lead to cardiac decompensation experienced heart (cardiac decompensation). Symptoms of heart who have cardiac decompensation (often referred to as a bad heart) is shortness of breath, a new activity has increased a little shortness of breath, palpitations, chest pain, nausea, flatulence, and both legs became swollen, or belly bulge because there is accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity caused blood flow to the heart is not able to return the heart is perfectly acceptable.

Experiencing decompensated heart will raise themselves (which the left heart chambers, the usual to pump blood throughout the body) will be enlarged, so that there was an enlarged left heart (left ventricular hypertrophy, or cardiologist).

In patients with chronic lung illness (which lasts longer) such as tuberculosis, COPD (Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease) in the majority of patients will have an enlarged right heart (right ventricular hypertrophy, an enlarged right ventricle.) Patients with long-standing hypertension, will also cause enlargement of the left heart (left ventricular hypertrophy).

Patients with obesity also facilitate the occurrence of cardiac enlargement, because the heart must pump blood throughout the body surface area (due to obesity).

Heart enlargement can be seen with electrocardiographic examination or recording of heart and chest x-rays.

The heart is already experiencing enlargement often can not shrink back to near normal, although heart weight was reduced.

Therefore, appropriate measures to cope with enlargement of the heart that have occurred are:

Limit activities that exhausting heart: do not work too tired, do not push yourself, exercising regularly.

If overweight, should lose weight by the way include: reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, increase fat burning with exercise.

If there is hypertension, should always control the increasing blood pressure by limiting salt diet, regular exercise and measurable, and anti-hypertensive medication that has been chosen by the physician.

When the heart has undergone cardiac decompensation, should take special medication for heart muscle boosters, drugs to reduce the amount of fluid in the body, and drugs to suppress the frequency of heart.

If there is TB disease must be overcome with regular treatment for at least 6 months of treatment
