<p>We know that the  World We Live is more and worse the situation. Hear rumors That We also touted by many people in the world  That Is global warming. Global warming is  heating the earth That would result in a life of Living Beings in the  world.<span id="more-279"></span></p>
<p>Cycling is one of the alternatives  in reducing the global warming process. Through  cycling, Will it create an environment free from motor vehicle exhaust  gas. Exhaust gases released by motor vehicles is  the accelerated process of global warming. With the growing awareness of cycling, it Will be expected to  Suppress the acceleration of global warming process.</p>
<p>Behavior of People who want to growing niche not to the  make-life complicated by the habit of cycling has been lost. They growing niche to prefer driving a motor Because it is  more time efficient. Habit is what led the people  ESPECIALLY students to be lazy. Thus the  need to Change Attitudes to lifestyle changes. Changing people&#8217;s habits of using motor vehicles to motor  vehicle not tough enough. But if the  intention is Sincere and strong will, then it will all be easy.</p>
<p>One very easy way is to change the habits of self. In the spirit of self to change the lifestyle of the  original use of motor vehicles is to be no added value. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Staying healthy during pregnancy is the desire of every woman who is pregnant. Besides food, exercise is one way to obtain such a healthy state. Unfortunately there are still many pregnant women are afraid to exercise. They worry that sports can cause interference with the pregnancy. <span id="more-274"></span></p>
<p>In general, exercise is safe during pregnancy. Some sports are encouraged or allowed during pregnancy that is aerobic, streets, swimming, water gymnastics, dancing, riding a stationary bike, and yoga. Every pregnant woman has different characteristics so that different sports are chosen to be tailored to the circumstances of the pregnant mother. When the difficulty determining a suitable exercise, never be afraid to ask the obstetrician in order to obtain information about the sport in accordance with the conditions at the time of pregnancy. </p>
<p>Here are some things to consider when exercising during pregnancy: </p>
<p>A history of bad pregnancy: What is meant by adverse pregnancy history is a history of previous pregnancies that have problems like miscarriage, bleeding during pregnancy, death of a child in the womb and others. It should be noted that this situation does not prevent 100 percent of pregnant women to exercise, but the choice of exercise should be more selective and careful. The decrease in cardiac output could reach 9% so that pregnant women are not encouraged to do exercise while lying on the floor, especially in the first trimester. </p>
<p>Hydration: It is important to maintain fluid balance during exercise. Drink 800 cc of water 20-30 minutes before exercise drink 800 cc and again during exercise. </p>
<p>Balance: Changes in the centre of gravity on the body of the pregnant woman as a result of changes in body shape can cause balance problems. This causes a pregnant woman becomes easier to fall mainly on the sports that require rapid changes in body position such as racket sports, skating, and gymnastics gymnastics.
